Motoi Sakuraba is back for a new Valkyrie Profile title
Square Enix revealed earlier this week that they will soon release a brand new title in the Valkyrie Profile series. Entitled Valkyrie Anatomia: The Origin, the title will tell a story that precedes even the original PlayStation game. As with all previous titles in the long-running RPG series, Motoi Sakuraba will be back to helm its score.
Details about the game are extremely few, including its platform, though all signs suggest that it is a smartphone game. Soundtrack fans shouldn’t fear too much though: as reflected by recent scores in the Final Fantasy, Mana, and Chaos Rings series, most smartphone games from the company feature fully-fledged, well-produced scores these days. The title with launch later this spring.
