Lorne Balfe to return for Skylanders: Trap Team
Lorne Balfe announced on his Facebook today that he will score the newly-announced Skylanders: Trap Team. Developed by Toys for Bob, this fourth edition of the Activision’s highly successful annualised franchise will bring toys to life on October 5.
After co-composing the original Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure with Hans Zimmer, Balfe scored the subsequent instalments Skylanders: Giants and Skylanders: Swap Force single-handedly. The series’ music has got better with each instalment and Swap Force even garnered an Annual Game Music Award nomination, so we’ll eagerly anticipate the next instalment.
