Yoko Shimomura back for a fifth Mario & Luigi RPG title

The fifth title in the Mario & Luigi RPG subseries, Mario & Luigi RPG: Paper Jam, was unveiled at Nintendo’s E3 Direct presentation. Drawing heavily on previous instalments of the series, among the returning staff for this 3DS entry Yoko Shimomura, who has scored Mario’s RPG adventures since the original Super Mario RPG.

It will be a busy few years for Shimomura, with Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts III also on the horizon.
