Film composer Henry Jackman scores Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End looks set to push boundaries when it is released on PlayStation 4 next year. Game director Bruce Straley revealed on his Twitter that Henry Jackman will be creating the score. The previous three main instalments of the franchise were scored by Firefly‘s Greg Edmonson.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will mark Jackman’s game scoring debut. In recent years, the British composer made the transition from an album producer to a highly successful film composer, going on to score everything from superhero films (Captain America: The Winter Soldier, X-Men: First Class), to light-hearted animations (Big Hero 6, Wreck-It Ralph), to serious dramas (Captain Phillips, Man on a Ledge).
