Noriyuki Iwadare releases new original album at Comiket 86
Noriyuki Iwadare has revealed through his official site that he released a new original album. Entitled Ensemble, the album features ten acoustic tracks that were jointly written and performed by Iwadare and Reiko Tsuchiya. The artists have extensively worked together in the past, with Tsuchiya performing violin on several Grandia releases.
On this album, multi-instrumentalist Iwadare performed acoustic guitar, mandolin, and keyboard harmonica on the release, while Reiko Tsuchiya played violin, viola, cello, and ehru. Both also performed chorus, while Iwadare handled the final mix. Samples can be heard through SoundCloud below:
Iwadare and Tsuchiya was one of the many musicians exhibiting at the doujin festival Comiket 86 in Tokyo this weekend. Here, he exclusively pre-released his new album. However, further copies can also now be purchased through the Japanese store 2083.jp.
