O’Donnell subsequently filed a lawsuit against Bungie and chief executive Harold Ryan for owed vacation time, paid time off, sabbatical time, and other benefits, and requests double damages. According to a new report, O’Donnell has won a legal settlement in Seattle. Harold Ryan will pay O’Donnell $95,000 for double damages and legal costs.

According to the original legal filing, O’Donnell is considering pursuing further claims against Bungie for unfair dismissal.
